There is no harm in seeking from someone known for their uprightness and sound belief, and there is no harm in listening to Surat Qaf with the intention of ruqyah. However, one must avoid using herbal incense and rely instead on the authentic supplications and legitimate ruqyah, as the use of incense is among the rituals of charlatans. The qarin (companion jinn) is a trial from Allah, and the servant must protect themselves from its evil by striving against the doubts and desires it instills, through patience and certainty.
