Does supplication alter divine decree and destiny, and is it possible for supplication to change one's sex from female to male?

Praying for gender reassignment is an encroachment upon Allah's cosmic laws. Allah's decree (Qada') is of two types: immutable (mubram), which does not change, and contingent (mu'allaq), which is what is recorded in the angels' scrolls. Prayer and charity are beneficial in the case of the latter. Supplication repels and changes destiny because it is one of its causes. What is decreed is decreed with causes, and supplication is one of these causes. Thus, supplication is one of the strongest means to avert or alleviate affliction, whether the affliction has already descended or has not yet descended.
