Does the noble verse: "But they do not remember unless Allah wills" mean that the action of the servant is contingent upon the will of Allah? And does Allah control our thoughts, feelings, perceptions, and affections without our knowledge, and how does Allah inspire us to do good?

Our deeds, thoughts, and emotions are created by God, and He controls them. The wise have recognized their Lord by the annulment of resolve and the breaking of determination, and that a person may plan and ponder, but God's decree renders that futile. A Muslim must believe in divine preordainment (Qadar (definition)) and that everything in the universe is by God's will. They should seek God's help, supplicate Him, and persist in their prayers, for if God inspires them to supplicate, He intends to answer them.
