Is the Hadith, "The Qadariyyah are the Magians of this Ummah; if they fall ill, do not visit them, and if they die, do not attend their funerals," authentic or weak, given its absence from Sunan Abi Dawud?

The Hadith (definition): "(The Qadariyyah are the Magians of this Ummah; if they fall ill, do not visit them, and if they die, do not attend their funerals)" was narrated by Abu Dawud and others, authenticated by Ibn al-Qattan, and deemed hasan (definition) (good) by Al-Albani. The first part of this Hadith has been narrated through multiple chains from a number of Companions.

The Qadariyyah were called Magians because they resembled them; they affirmed Qadar (definition) (divine decree) for themselves and denied it for Allah, and they denied that Allah created their actions, attributing them to themselves. Thus, they made themselves creators of actions, like the Creator, the Most High. So they became like the Magians, who asserted two principles: light and darkness, believing that good actions are from light and evil actions are from darkness. Similarly, the Qadariyyah attribute good to Allah the Almighty and evil to others, while Allah the Almighty is the Creator of both good and evil.
