Is there any Shari violation in the saying: "Let the destinies run their course, and never go to bed except with a mind free of worries"?

This statement is correct in its indication of belief in Divine Decree (Qadar (definition)) and that nothing will befall a person except what has been decreed for them, as evidenced by the noble verse: "No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register before We bring it into being." However, it should not be understood to mean not taking precautions, because taking precautions is legally required and is part of Allah's decree.
