What should a person do when they face hardship in their livelihood despite their pure intention, and are there any supplications to attract sustenance, and what are they?

Sustenance is in God's hands, and it is limited by what has been decreed for a person. Obstacles will not prevent it, for in the Hadith (definition): "Indeed, sustenance seeks the servant more than his appointed term seeks him." Happiness is not in the abundance of wealth, but in faith, contentment, and acceptance of divine decree. This world is insignificant in the sight of God. Do not grieve over the little you possess, and look at those who are beneath you to recognize God's favor upon you. Be content with God's decree, for everything He ordains is good for you. One must strive to acquire sustenance while relying on God, and be persistent in supplication, especially during the last third of the night. Among the reported supplications for worry and sorrow are: "O God, I am Your servant, and the son of Your servant..." and for seeking refuge from laziness and other things: "O God, I seek refuge in You from laziness and old age..."
