Does divorce take effect with obsessive-compulsive disorder if a person imagines the words of divorce, or feels his mouth moving with them, or doubts pronouncing them while thinking?

Such intrusive thoughts do not lead to divorce. Even assuming pronouncement of divorce under the pressure of waswasa (intrusive thoughts/whispers), the divorce does not occur. If doubt arises regarding the pronouncement of divorce or whether it was due to waswasa, the principle is that divorce has not occurred. Therefore, you must completely and utterly turn away from these intrusive thoughts. Among the things that help you get rid of them are: seeking Allah's help, sincerely turning to Him, and supplicating frequently.
