Therefore, do not pay attention to obsessive thoughts and doubts. The best cure for these obsessive thoughts is to ignore them, because engaging with them leads to doubt, confusion, distress, and hardship. Strive to enrage Satan by avoiding his whisperings, increase your remembrance of Allah, observe the obligatory prayers, avoid sins and those who commit them, and be diligent in seeking lawful .
