A woman is not permitted to harbor ill thoughts about Islam due to her divorce, as this constitutes disbelief that expels one from the faith. Divorce was legislated by Allah as a last resort when marital life becomes impossible; its essence is not injustice. Islam has indeed encouraged treating wives kindly and prohibited oppressing them. The divorced woman must seek Allah's forgiveness, renew her repentance, and face society with her upright conduct and virtuous morals, to demonstrate that her divorce does not diminish her.
