Is Arabic the best language God created? And is the word "Allah" the best word and name God created, and therefore chose for Himself?

The Arabic language is the language of the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad, and knowing it is obligatory for understanding the Book and the Sunnah (definition). The name "Allah" is the best word and the most majestic utterance; it is a proper noun for the Divine Essence whose existence is necessary, and it is the most famous of Allah's Beautiful Names. Allah Almighty has restrained tongues, so none other than Him has been named by it. It is the Greatest Name, by which if He is supplicated, He responds. Among its characteristics is that it is the most righteous and comprehensive of Allah's names. The Beautiful Names of Allah and His Exalted Attributes are uncreated.
