Is it forbidden to place things stained with blood or fly residue on newspapers, especially if they are unintentionally placed on a name of Allah or on an obituary page?

All writings containing the words of Allah Almighty, His Names and Attributes, or the words of His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, and everything written in the Arabic language—because it is the language of the Qur’an and the Messenger—must be protected from having any filth or impurities placed upon them. Intentionally doing so is an act of disbelief.
