Is it mentioned in the Prophetic Sunnah that fortifying oneself after the morning and evening adhkar is done by reciting Al-Fatihah, Ayah Al-Kursi, the last verses of Surat Al-Baqarah, and Al-Mu'awwidhat three times, and mentioning "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created" three times, and "I seek refuge in the might of Allah and His power" seven times, then spitting into the hands and wiping the body with them?

Self-ruqyah (definition) is permissible through the adhkar (remembrances) and du'as (supplications) that are found in the Qur'an and Sunnah (definition), or those whose meanings are known and are appropriate for the situation, as long as they do not contain shirk (definition) (associating partners with Allah). Scholars have unanimously agreed on the permissibility of ruqyah using verses and remembrances of Allah the Almighty, provided three conditions are met: that it be with the words of Allah or His names and attributes, that it be in the Arabic language or in a language whose meaning is known, and that one believes that the ruqyah does not have an effect by itself, but rather by Allah's permission. There is no harm in habitually performing ruqyah at specific times, such as the morning and evening adhkar.
