What is the ruling on remembering Allah using the single word of Majesty (Allah) with the intention of the vocative particle "ya" being permissibly omitted?

It is not from the Sunnah (definition) of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to restrict dhikr (remembrance of God) to the word "Allah" alone, or any other of the Beautiful Names. Rather, it is a reprehensible innovation (bid'ah munkarah). There is no justification in implicitly assuming the vocative particle "Ya" (O), even if they explicitly mention it, because this does not constitute a meaningful statement in the Arabic language. According to Ibn Taymiyyah, the Sharia (definition) only recommends dhikr that is a complete and meaningful statement, such as "La ilaha illallah" (There is no god but Allah) and "Allahu Akbar" (Allah is the Greatest). The singular name is not prescribed in the Book (Quran) or the Sunnah, nor is it authentically reported from the predecessors of the Ummah. Sheikh Saleh Al-Fawzan states that reciting the Beautiful Names of Allah after prayers by repeating a specific word a specific number of times is an innovated bid'ah.
