What is the ruling on writing names that contain the لفظ الجلالة (the majestic word for God, i.e., Allah) or names of the Companions (such as Abdullah Street, Omar ibn Al-Khattab Street) on medical envelopes (prescriptions, reports, X-rays) which also bear the name of the patient, a name that might include the remembrance of Allah (such as Abdur-Rahman)? And does its ruling differ from that of plastic bags and letter envelopes?

There is no harm in writing on envelopes and putting a patient's test results inside them, as long as they are not subjected to desecration or thrown into impurities. They differ from plastic bags which are often discarded in the trash.
