The answer

Abandoning the Tijaniyya order and forsaking its litanies is a religious obligation, because it is an innovation (bid'ah) and misguidance. The changes you observe in your home are divine decrees from Allah and have no connection to abandoning this order. The prophets were the most severely tested of people. What is happening to you might be the work of jinn devils, aiming to frighten those who leave their path, but whoever seeks refuge in Allah will not be harmed by anything.
