The answer

The content of the message is a forbidden innovation (bid‘ah) because it contains several issues: among them, inventing a specific supplication formula and claiming its virtue, whereas acts of worship are built upon adherence (ittibā‘) and not innovation (ibtida‘). Every action not intended for the sake of Allah is rejected, and whoever innovates in religion what Allah and His Messenger have not permitted is not from it. It also included seeking intercession through the person of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, which is not permissible. Furthermore, the sender's claim that reciting this formula 100,000 times and distributing it among people will bring immediate relief is a statement made about Allah without knowledge, and it is one of the gravest sins. Finally, the formula involves an artificial rhyming (saj‘), which is disliked in supplication. Among the virtuous deeds is a Muslim's concern for their Muslim brethren and their commitment to supplicating for them, and this falls under the general principle of enjoining truth and patience.
