Is surrogacy considered one of the signs of the Hour, and does it fall under the Hadith: "that the slave woman will give birth to her mistress"?

Womb rental (surrogacy) is Islamically forbidden, and there is no explicit proof that it is one of the Signs of the Hour. As for the meaning of "when the slave woman gives birth to her mistress," most scholars have interpreted it as a notification of the abundance of concubines and their children, where her child from her master would be in the position of her master.
