The answer

This girl and her guardian must beware of everything that leads to falling into indecency. Her father did well by concealing her sin, but he erred by adopting this child, because he is a child born out of wedlock who is attributed to his mother, and this adoption is forbidden and leads to corruptions. The matter must be returned to its true state if possible, otherwise the situation remains as is, with a document written to prevent the loss of rights and confusion.
