The answer

A woman becomes a suckling sister to anyone who has suckled five times from her mother, or from her father's wives, provided that the milk resulted from intercourse with her father. If it is established that your two paternal cousins and the third child suckled from your father's wife, they become your suckling brothers and mahrams to you, unless the milk they suckled from was from a man other than your father.
