We have previously clarified the criteria for forbidden and disliked names in No. 36093, and the best names for girls and the Prophet's guidance regarding names in Fatwa No. 91963. It is understood from the foregoing that there is no legal impediment to naming a newborn girl "Muhra," which linguistically means a female foal.
