It is better to avoid naming children with foreign names, especially if their meanings are unknown; for they might be丑陋 (ugly) or invite ugliness or polytheism. It is forbidden to name children after false gods or with names that have pagan meanings. The name "Tala" is Arabic and means young palm trees, and similarly, the names "Fadi," "Ayham," and "Tariq" are Arabic names, and there is no harm in naming children with them.
