What is the ruling on the actions of my mother who pampers my brother excessively despite his disrespect towards her, and she orders me to leave him alone, and sometimes asks me to bring him back home?

We have previously explained that the rights of parents are not forfeited if they wrong their child, and that it is not permissible to abuse them verbally or physically, such as quarreling with the mother for any reason whatsoever. We also clarified the extent to which a parent is entitled to take from their child's wealth. Obedience to the mother is obligatory if she commands something that does not involve disobedience to Allah, and if her purpose is sound, and if it does not cause the child unusual harm or hardship; otherwise, obedience to her is not obligatory.
