Does ongoing charity increase a Muslim's faith during their lifetime, or does it only increase their good deeds for their benefit on the Day of Judgment?

The reward for good deeds is great, both in this world and the Hereafter. If the good deed is ongoing, such as teaching knowledge and spreading good, then its reward is even more complete. It brings light to the heart, radiance to the face, abundance in sustenance, strength to the body, and love in the hearts of people. It is hoped that this reward continues as long as the good deed is ongoing, for Allah's favor is immense and His mercy is vast.
