What is the ruling regarding someone who performs ablution for every minor ritual impurity, despite frequent urination, seeking the virtues of ablution?

Ablution (Wudu') is among the acts of worship that increase good deeds and expiate sins. Maintaining it is a sign of faith, as stated in the Hadith (definition): "None preserves ablution except a believer." If it is coupled with performing two rak'ahs of prayer after every ablution, this becomes a reason for entering Paradise, as in the story of Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Bilal said: "Never did an impurity befall me but I performed ablution immediately, and I considered that Allah owed me two rak'ahs [of prayer]." Thereupon, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is because of these [two]." The legitimacy of performing ablution remains for every incident that invalidates it, unless it leads to hardship and difficulty.
