The answer

Praying on time is the most beloved deed to Allah after believing in Him. It is not permissible for a Muslim to intentionally delay a prayer past its prescribed time. To solve the problem of sleeping through Fajr prayer, one should sleep early, use an alarm clock, and seek help from neighbors. More importantly, one must strengthen their faith, desire Allah's reward, and fear His punishment, for a person needs the motivation of both fear and hope to elevate their resolve. Whoever prays the two cool prayers (Fajr and Asr) will enter Paradise, and Fajr and Isha prayers are burdensome for the hypocrites. One must take the necessary means to perform the prayer on time; if a Muslim then sleeps after that, there is no sin upon him.
