It is permissible to hunt pigeons and feed them to falcons. If you catch a pigeon alive after hunting it, do not allow the falcons to kill it until you slaughter it yourself, as this constitutes torture, which is forbidden in Islamic law and a violation of the Prophet's command to perfect the killing and slaughter.
