It is not permissible to apply artificial eyelashes except out of necessity. If the psychological condition leads to plucking eyelashes and eyebrow hair, and it is a temporary condition amenable to treatment, then temporary transplantation is permissible, but not permanent; because necessity is determined by its extent.
