The answer

Imam Ahmad permitted taking something from the eyebrow without plucking, such as trimming or shaving, because it falls outside the definition of namṣ (plucking), which involves uprooting. It is permissible to take from the eyebrow to the extent that makes it not unsightly, if its shape deviates significantly, noticeably, and unpleasantly from the norm.
