Is it permissible to listen to Islamic nasheeds accompanied by music? And does their ruling differ based on the type of musical instruments, considering that some Islamic satellite channels use music in their programs?

Singing and music are forbidden, even if they are in praise of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, or in glorification of Islam. Chants that contain musical instruments cease to be Islamic, due to his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "There will be people from my Ummah who will legitimize illegal sexual intercourse, silk, intoxicants, and musical instruments." Scholars have unanimously agreed on the prohibition of listening to musical instruments—except for the tambourine (daf)—and if music is found on some Islamic satellite channels, it is a leniency that must be denounced.
