Is the publisher of an audio clip, free of music and offensive language, sinful if another person searches for and listens to the original song with its music based on this clip?

If a song is published without musical accompaniment, there is no sin upon the publisher if someone else searches for it with music and listens to it. This is because publishing it devoid of music is not an aid to the forbidden, and the sin rests with the listener, not the publisher. This is in accordance with His, the Almighty's, saying: "And every soul earns not [sin] except against itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another."
