What the questioner is complaining of is whispers (waswasah). She will be rewarded for her struggle against them and her aversion to them. It is recommended to completely ignore these whispers and focus on what benefits her religion and worldly life. There is no harm in seeking an answer to these thoughts by asking scholars, but only to the extent that benefits the questioner. Exaggerating in asking questions increases the intensity of waswasah for the one afflicted by it.
