The answer

The verses that some scholars have called "the Ten Commandments" are found in two places in the Holy Quran. The first is in Surat Al-An'am, starting from the Almighty's saying: (Say, "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you... that you may become righteous") [Al-An'am: 151-153]. The second place is in Surat Al-Isra, starting from the Almighty's saying: (And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him... censured and banished) [Al-Isra: 23-39], which serves as an explanation for the first passage.
