The answer

is obligatory on fava beans and peas according to the four Imams. It is one-tenth if irrigated without cost, and one-half of one-tenth if irrigated with cost. If the crop is irrigated by both methods (rain and irrigation by mechanical means), and the irrigation is equal, then three-quarters of one-tenth is due, according to the more correct opinion. If one method of irrigation is predominant, some say the predominant method is considered, while others say the obligation is apportioned between the two methods.
