Will removing the niqab—which has become an impediment to da'wah (inviting others to Islam) and serving the religion—lead to a decrease in Allah's pleasure with me, especially since it does not reach the level of being fard (obligatory)?

Following the path of guidance, adhering to acts of obedience, wearing Islamic attire, and other righteous deeds bring success in this world and the hereafter, and do not cause problems. Rather, problems and obstacles arise from sins. Allah Almighty said: (And fear Allah that you may succeed) and (Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - We will surely cause him to live a good life). And in the Hadith (definition): "Indeed, a man may be deprived of provision due to a sin he commits." Therefore, one must be keen on what pleases Allah, and this includes adhering to what is more cautious and more pious regarding matters whose obligation is disputed, such as a young woman covering her face.
