The answer

The virtue of learning and teaching the Quran has been established, and it is known that whoever recites and studies the Book of Allah, tranquility descends upon him, mercy envelops him, and angels surround him. As for someone who recites the Quran intending to memorize it, but dies before completing its memorization, a weak states, "Whoever recites the Quran and then dies before fully memorizing it, an angel will come to him and teach it to him in his grave, so he will meet Allah having fully memorized it." However, this is contradicted by what is more authentic, which is that the reciter's status in Paradise will be according to the number of verses he recites in this world.
