The answer

The basic principle is that it is permissible to work in money transfer and deal with non-Muslims, and doubt about the source of their money does not render it unlawful. However, if it is known with certainty or it is highly probable that the company's activity is forbidden, or that the transaction for which the money is being transferred is forbidden, or that the source of the money is forbidden, then it is not permissible to cooperate in money transfer; because that involves assisting in sin. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate not in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."
