The answer

The salary paid by the state to the children and wives of the deceased has two scenarios: either it is an aid, in which case it is divided according to the state's decision, or it is a deduction from his salary during his lifetime, in which case it is divided among his heirs as inheritance. The wife who married after the deceased has her share of the one-eighth, which is not cut off by her marriage. And whoever among the heirs dies, their heir receives their share.
