Does a dead person urinating on themselves when the soul exits occur due to the dread of the Angel of Death entering, or due to their inability to control their body? And does this indicate a good or bad ending?

The answer

What happens to the body at death, such as the excretion of urine and the like, is not evidence of anything and may be a natural consequence of the patient's bodily changes. Scholars have recommended covering the deceased and placing something fragrant nearby to conceal unpleasant odors. The agony of death or the emission of odor are not evidence of a bad ending.
