What is the ruling regarding someone who dies due to speeding on the highway, and is he considered a suicide?

Excessive speed is undesirable and causes accidents and dangers. Exceeding the speed limit is considered negligence, and the driver guarantees what is damaged thereby, whether it be life or property. Death resulting from it falls under accidental killing and necessitates blood money (diyah) and expiation (kaffarah (definition)). Transporting an injured person is a righteous deed for which one is rewarded, but it should not bring harm due to excessive speed or running traffic lights. One who dies due to this speed is not considered a suicide if his intention was good for transporting the patient.
