Is announcing funerals via social media and text messages to indicate where prayers will be held considered the forbidden form of public mourning (na‘ī)?

Lamentation (an-Na'i) is of three types: forbidden (like the lamentation of the Jahiliyyah, accompanied by wailing and loud crying), disliked (announcing with a call and raised voice without mentioning virtues), and permissible (mere announcement). The Sunnah (definition) indicates the permissibility of the not-forbidden lamentation (an-Na'i al-Mubah (definition)), such as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informing about the death of An-Najashi and the martyrs of Mu'tah, for the purpose of informing people to pray over the deceased, supplicate for them, and attend their funeral, which falls under aiding in righteousness and piety. There is no harm in announcing a death via social media and messages if the aim is to inform people to attend the funeral prayer, or to supplicate for the deceased, or to offer condolences to their family, or if the deceased had extensive dealings and the purpose is to inform those with rights, or for individuals renowned for goodness so that Muslims may show mercy and supplicate for them, while absolutely prohibiting false praise.
