How can one deal with a wife who complains and cries excessively, repeats mistakes despite discussion, shows mood swings, and has a history of suicide attempts?

The wife is advised to fear Allah and to live with her husband in kindness, for he has a great right over her. She must repent from disobeying and harming him, and know that he is her Paradise or her Hellfire. The husband is also advised to be patient with her, admonish her, connect her with righteous women, provide her with religious materials, and have her undergo ruqyah (definition) (exorcism).
