Is feeling indifferent toward doubts concerning the Afterlife and God, along with not remembering the correct Isti‘adha (seeking refuge with Allah) or a verse, and mindlessly reflecting, considered falling into doubt, and is there fault in that?

The obsessive thoughts have reached an extreme level, and the cure lies in completely ignoring and disregarding all these obsessions, and occupying one's time and energy with learning Fiqh, Hadith (definition), and Tafsir (definition), reading the Sirah and the history of the righteous predecessors, and teaching brothers and children.
