What is the ruling on an employee refusing to falsify his attendance record, fearing falsehood, and what is the solution to his problem?

It is not permissible for an employee to accept a manager's suggestion to record incorrect attendance times. Rather, the employee must state the truth and the actual working hours. Truthfulness leads to goodness, righteousness, and Paradise, while lying leads to wickedness and Hellfire. Whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better, and whoever fears Allah, He will make a way out for him and provide for him from where he does not expect.
