Authentic hadiths have been reported regarding the intercession of martyrs, among them what Ibn Hibban narrated from Abu Darda that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The martyr intercedes for seventy members of his household," and what Imam Ahmad narrated in Al-Musnad: "Permission will be granted to the angels, prophets, and martyrs to intercede, and they will intercede."
