The answer

The mother is rewarded for the loss of her fetus if she endures her affliction with hope for reward from Allah. This is based on the general evidence indicating that a believer is rewarded for any misfortune, worry, or grief that befalls them. Allah expiates the sins of a believer and records good deeds for them due to any harm, illness, or even a thorn prick that afflicts them. There is no doubt that what befalls a Muslim woman during a miscarriage is greater than the prick of a thorn. As for the state of the miscarried fetus in the afterlife, there is nothing authentically established regarding that.
