The answer

Everything that will occur on the Day of Judgment is predetermined by Allah Almighty, known by Him, written by Him, willed by Him, and He will create and bring it into existence; as Allah Almighty says: "And there is none of you except he will come to it. This has been upon your Lord an absolute decree." (Qur’an 19:71), and this is a decree from Allah. Al-Qurtubi said in his interpretation of Allah Almighty's saying: "And He created each thing and determined it with [precise] determination." (Qur’an 25:2): "He determined everything He created with His wisdom according to what He willed, not out of oversight or heedlessness. Rather, the decrees have proceeded upon what Allah has created until the Day of Judgment, and after the Judgment; He is the Creator, the Determiner." And it is stated in the that the abode of the believer in Paradise and the abode of the disbeliever in Hell are written, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "There is none among you but his seat in Paradise and his seat in Hell have been written."
