What is the ruling on women visiting graves, and what is the ruling on printing some surahs of the Holy Quran (Yasin, Al-Waqi'ah, Ar-Rahman...) and distributing them as a perpetual charity for the soul of the deceased?

Distributing the mentioned surahs and dedicating their reward to the deceased is permissible and considered an ongoing charity (sadaqah (definition) jariyah). Its reward will reach the deceased, Allah willing. Verified scholars are of the opinion that whoever performs a good deed may donate its reward to whomever they wish, as long as there is no impediment on the part of the recipient that prevents them from benefiting from what was donated to them. The hadiths reported concerning the virtues of these surahs are weak. Therefore, it is preferable to print Juz' 'Amma or Juz' Tabarak due to the greater need people have for the short surahs contained therein and the ease of memorizing them, which increases the reward.
