Is it sufficient to perform ghusl after blood reappears on the same day, knowing that the first ghusl was performed after seeing dryness, and is it permissible to limit the second ghusl to washing the body without the hair?

A woman recognizes her purity from menstruation by one of two signs: complete dryness or the white discharge. When she observes either of these, ritual bathing (ghusl (definition)) becomes obligatory. If the blood returns at a time when it could be considered menstruation, she is considered to be menstruating again, and ghusl becomes obligatory after the cessation of the blood. The length of hair is not an excuse for abandoning ghusl or for failing to ensure that water covers the entire body.
