What is the ruling on participating in organizing a festival that includes musical instruments, songs, and honoring entities that sell alcoholic beverages or produce forbidden arts?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to participate directly or indirectly in festivals that include unlawful elements such as musical instruments and other forbidden things. This is because such participation falls under cooperating in sin and aggression, which Allah Almighty has prohibited in His statement: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
