Is it permissible for me to recite the Qur’an by heart while I am menstruating, knowing that I regularly recite specific verses daily and have stopped doing so during my period?

Most scholars hold that a menstruating woman should not recite the Qur'an, analogizing her state to that of someone in a state of major ritual impurity (junub). However, the more 웨이트 training view is that it is permissible for her to recite the Qur'an without touching the Mushaf (physical copy of the Qur'an). There is no need to commit to a specific number of recitations of Surat Al-Layl or any other surah, as adhering to a fixed number is not from the Sunnah.
